Tax agents, zakat agents, accountants and administrators often need a working email address for each client before a portal or government system will accept a registration. Melunak lets you create that address on the client's behalf, with their consent, and then give them full control.
The client agrees, in writing or in the app, to an address being created in their name. We keep that record with the mailbox.
Enter the client's name and phone number. One mailbox or a batch of up to 50.
We send the client a one-time link by SMS. They set their own password. Your access to that mailbox ends there.
Receipts, OTPs and notices go straight to the client. You can see billing status for the batch, never the mail.
Every mailbox has a recovery phone number, and optionally a second email. Reset your password from the login page with a code sent to either one. If both are lost, our support team can verify you with the identity details given at sign-up and restore access within one business day. Agents cannot reset a client's password after handover.
Melunak is built and operated by Areli OS LLC, a Wyoming company, and launched in 2026. Mail is stored in a data center in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. We are small and new, so you will hear from a real person when you write to us.
Free inboxes are paid for by ads and by reading your mail. Melunak has no ads and no tracking, and a dollar a month is what it costs to run a mailbox honestly.
Not after handover. Once you set your own password, the agent's access ends. They can see whether the subscription is paid, nothing else.

Yes. Melunak supports IMAP, SMTP and POP, so any mail client works. We also provide a web inbox.
Your inbox stays active until the end of the billing period. You can export all mail before then. Your address is held for 90 days in case you come back.
Up to 500 messages a day on Basic and Agent mailboxes, and 2,000 on Plus. Bulk marketing email is not permitted.
