Breaking these rules gets a mailbox suspended, and repeat or serious breaches get it closed. We enforce them because one abusive mailbox can get every melunak.com address blocked by other providers.
No unsolicited bulk email, marketing blasts, or mailing lists. Limits: 500 messages per day (Basic, Agent) and 2,000 (Plus), with at most 50 recipients per message. No forged headers, no sending as an address you do not own.
No malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, threats, child sexual abuse material, or content that is unlawful in the United States or in the place you send it from or to.
Register a mailbox only in your own name, or — as an agent — in the name of a person who has agreed. No impersonation of other people, companies or government bodies.
Agents must obtain and be able to show the client's consent, must hand over the mailbox promptly, and must not read, use or keep access to a client's mailbox. Agents are responsible for any mailbox they created until it is handed over.
No attempts to access other accounts, probe or overload our systems, or share your password. Report security problems to security@melunak.com.
