Last updated: 16 October 2026. These terms are between you and Areli OS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Melunak", "we"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Melunak provides email mailboxes at the melunak.com domain, with webmail, IMAP/SMTP/POP access, calendar and contacts, on the plans and at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and may change with 30 days' notice.
Each mailbox belongs to the individual whose name and phone number are registered to it (the "owner"). The owner alone controls the password after handover. A mailbox may not be sold, rented or transferred without our written agreement.
An agent, representative or organisation may create a mailbox on behalf of another person only with that person's prior agreement. By creating such a mailbox the agent confirms that agreement has been given and accepts responsibility for it. We notify the owner by SMS when the mailbox is created and give them a one-time link to set their own password. Once the owner sets a password, the agent's access ends. If an owner tells us they did not agree, we will close the mailbox and may terminate the agent's account. Agents must not use a client's mailbox, read its contents, or retain its credentials.
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. New sign-ups include a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required and the first charge occurs when the trial ends. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal and service continues to the end of the paid period. If payment fails, the mailbox is suspended (not deleted) and can be reactivated by paying the outstanding amount within 60 days, after which it may be closed. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no spam, no bulk marketing, no unlawful content, no impersonation, no abuse of other systems.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Mail is stored in the United States. We do not sell your data or show advertising.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at support@melunak.com, Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm Mountain Time.
We may suspend or close a mailbox that breaches these terms, the AUP, or the law, or that is used to harm others. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to export mail.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from missed or delayed email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
